Booking and Cancellation Policy

High season-public holidays weekend, Easter, Christmas, new years holiday.

Low season-All other times.

  • Bookings can be made by phone
  • To secure a booking credit card details and a deposit are required as a security for the accommodation chargers and room
  • A 20% deposit is required during low season and a 50% deposit during high season this guarantees your room upon arrival
  • during high season minimum bookings apply. please enquire when booking
  • please note it is your responsibility to ask for and read the cancellation policy ignorance of conditions on this policy are not the fault of Harrington village motel

When making your booking you are acknowledge that all terms /reservations and deposits are accepted by Harrington village motel and are subject to the following cancellation policy:


High Season

  • more than 60 days notice full refund
  • less than 60 days notice 50 % of total tariff
  • less than 30 days notice 100 % of total tariff

Low Season

  • more than 3 days notice full refund
  • less than 3 days notice 100 % of the total tariff
  • please note days do not include the day of arrival

Failure to Notify

  • If you do not notify Harrington village motel of your cancellation or late check in and you do not arrive by 8pm and your contacted details do not work your booking may be cancelled with no refund

Early Departures

  • No refund will be made if you decide to cut your reservation or holiday short
  • Harrington village motel is not responsible for the weather and so no refunds will be given for bad weather conditions
  • damage to room and furniture
  • all damage to the room or furniture will be charged to clients credit card
  • extra cleaning charges will be charged in rooms that are not left in reasonable state
  • extra cleaning charges will be charged for smoking and or vomiting in the room
  • refunds may be issued subject to motel owners discretion
